Image  After doing lots and lots of research and exploring, the StephanieSeal.com crew found Orvisburg at the beginning of June.  Sadly during that entire month we were only able to go out one time…which is not nearly enough when you are doing research…  So Orvisburg was done with as far as I was concerned…  But then I went to FastWeb.com and found out about a $50,000 scholarship that they were offering for any high school senior who was planning on majoring in Radio, Television, and Film, and had done their own research project…um hello…Orvisburg?

Image  So there you go kids…Orvisburg is up and running one last time and Tina Knoll has been gracious enough to give us another month pass out to the long lost city…  Yesterday, Joseph, Bud and I took a trip back and we were once again mesmerized by the wonder and mystery that surrounded Orvisburg.  We got a ton of awesome footage too!  But that’s not all…the entire week of the 4th my crew and I will be filming in Orvisburg almost everyday!  So if any of my regular viewers would like an opportunity to see the grave yards and the town itself, please e-mail me no later than Monday night and I will work you into our filming schedule. Image  The Orvisburg video will be up no later than July 30, because there is another scholarship that would also take this footage for $10,000.  Get ready because when this film is up it will be posted on StephanieSeal.com, Poplarville.com, and will hopefully be aired on WLOX to fulfill both scholarship requirements.  But for my StephanieSeal.com viewers, there will be a second video of all the behind the scenes footage that shows what really happened when a bunch of teens and a very expensive camera were left alone out in the woods…how fun…so stay tuned for more info!
